Masala & Olio was born in a home kitchen in Jersey City, from a deep love for two very different food traditions. The bold, fragrant spices of India -- turmeric, ajwain, methi, chili -- met the slow-risen, olive oil-kissed dough of Italian focaccia, and something memorable happened.
Every loaf is made in small batches, by hand, using thoughtfully sourced spices and the finest olive oil. No shortcuts, no additives -- just time, love, and extraordinary flavor.
