Good questions
- How does ordering work?
- Order right on the site: browse the Shop page, add loaves to your cart, and check out securely through Square. Every loaf is baked to order, so choose a pickup date at least 48 hours out, then pick up fresh in Jersey City on your chosen date.
- Where do I pick up?
- We're a small home-kitchen bakery in Jersey City, NJ. The exact pickup address and time window are confirmed with your order.
- Do you deliver or ship?
- Not yet. We're starting with local pickup only.
- Are your breads vegetarian?
- Most of our menu is vegetarian, and every product is labeled. Our doughs contain wheat (gluten); some toppings contain dairy or nuts. Ask us about any allergen and we'll tell you exactly what's in your loaf.
- How should I store and reheat my focaccia?
- It's best the day it's baked. For later: wrap it well, keep at room temperature up to two days, and refresh in a 350 degrees F oven for 5-8 minutes. It freezes beautifully for up to a month.
- Can you make a custom or larger order?
- For events, gifts, or larger batches, email hello@masalaandolio.com with your date and we'll see what our small ovens can do.
